Exploring ENM & Polyamory

Real Conversations, Honest Support, and Guidance from Lived Experience

In 2015, I stumbled into something that would quietly — and then profoundly — reshape my entire understanding of love, relationships, and self. It started with unexpected feelings for someone I met online. At the time, my life looked picture-perfect: I was married, raising a family, and genuinely happy. And I wasn’t about to betray my then-husband’s trust by exploring anything in secret.

So instead, I paused. I reflected. And what followed was eight years of navigating the nuanced, beautiful, messy world of ethical non-monogamy and polyamory.

I studied what I thought was
“the right way to poly”…

— the frameworks, the books, the rules. Spoiler alert: there is no one right way. What there is — is communication, consent, boundaries, mistakes, healing, repair, and a whole lot of growth.

I’ve made missteps. I’ve had breakthroughs. And I’ve had moments of both profound joy and deep challenge. ENM and polyamory aren’t easy paths — but for many of us, they’re true ones. If you’re exploring this terrain — or even just curious — I’d be honored to hold space with you.

Whether you’re just starting out or deep in the work, you don’t have to do it alone.
Let’s talk about what real support looks like in non-traditional relationships.
